Hi, I have tried the steps on DCOM error 1053: SFC /SCANNOW and there was no integrity violations.I do not know where else to go. On my Event Viewer it says the "DCOM error 1053 attempting to start the service WSearch with arguments in order to run the server:{7DO96C5F-ACO8-4FIF-BEB7-5C22C517CE39} I do not know what else to do. I've run the "Startup Repair" from the Cd. I am runnung "Windows Vista Home Premium" with all the updates installed. Please help...
